Shipping
All Kriger firearms are made to order, so expect shipping time to be 8-12 weeks. If accessories are ordered with the shotgun, they will be shipped with the firearm.
All shotguns will be shipped to a verified FFL holder. Please ensure to include the FFL name and address in the shipping area at checkout. Each FFL holder will be verified by Asgard Defense Systems prior to shipping.
It is your responsibility to know the laws of your state prior to ordering a shotgun. Please ensure that the shotgun model is legal in your state before purchasing.
Kriger shotgun accessories are subject to backorder at any time, so if lead times are greater than 1 week, an email notifying the customer of this will be sent.
Shipping on all products is a flat rate charge per item. A tracking number will be provided through your order status.
1. All non-gun products will ship in the following way.
a. For orders under 16 oz., USPS First Class Mail
b. For orders 16 oz. and over, USPS Priority Mail
2. All firearms will ship via FedEx ExpressSaver with insurance to an FFL.
Returns
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
Warranty
If your firearm needs to be repaired, you are not required by federal law to ship it via a Federal Firearms licensee. However, some states and local jurisdictions may not allow direct shipping back to the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to understand and follow these restrictions. If such shipping and receiving restrictions are in place, you may use a FFL to ship and receive.
Note: US Mail may only be used to ship firearms between FFL holders. Using US mail to ship firearms as a private citizen is a crime and will result in your firearm being impounded by the United States Post Office.
Please remove all personal accessories from the firearm and bag. Prior to shipping your firearm, please email (support@asgarddefense.com) and describe any issue you are experiencing or any work you would like done. Please explain what is wrong to the best of your ability. Merely stating that your firearm needs work is not acceptable. A return authorization number must be obtained before shipping the firearm. Please enclose a letter, which includes your name, address, phone number, serial number, and the email that includes your issue and return authorization number.

Asgard Defense Systems, LLC, has elected not to provide a written warranty so as not to be held in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Act (Public Law 93-637). That being the case, we will adhere to states’ implied warranty laws. Please refer to your state’s statutes. In the event of a problem with your shotgun or firearm, we will determine the cause. If the problem is the result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace at no charge. However, if it is the result of negligence, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear, we will provide a quote for the cost of the services.
