Suggested loads for the white hot buffer spring (red and white spring):
12.25″ Barrel: 1 1/4 oz. loads, 1350 fps
18.5″ Barrel: 1 1/8 oz. lodas, 1250 fps
The general rule for selecting a buffer spring is to use the heaviest spring that will reliably function with the load you are shooting.
