Introducing the most recent addition to our line of tactical shotgun rails and side saddle...the Mossberg 500 series low profile receiver rail with quick detach side saddle mount! This rail will work with the Mossberg 500 and 590 shotguns manufactured after 1997. However, the tactical rail system will not accommodate the 590 shotgun platform with ghost ring sights.

Specifications of the Mossberg 500 Tactical Mount:

12 recoil stops

Rail sits 5/16" above the receiver

The quick detach shell holder, even if choosing the 8 round shell capacity, will not cover the serial number.
The 4 and 5 round IRSM shell holders provide a means to attach a weapon mounted light to the shotgun.
There are multiple options for shell holders, including 4, 5, 6, and 8 round capacities.
The rails are finished with a Type III hard black anodize.

Quick Detach Shell Holder

The Quick Detach Shell Holders can only be used on our Benelli M4, Mossberg, and Remington products due to the proprietary dock.
The Quick Detach Shell Holder uses a slide-locking system that gives the user the ability to remove the shell holder body in seconds with no tools. Removing the shell holder simply requires pushing down on the lock bar and sliding the shell holder body back 1/2" on the slide.

Integrated Rail Shell Module (IRSM)

The 4 and 5 round shell holders with integrated rail permits a high mount location for a light so sits above the support hand. Ideally the IRSM fits with the Standard and Extended Short Rails for Benelli M4, Remington 870 Tactical Side Mount, and Mossberg Low Profile Receiver Rail.
